They made a fake ******** page of our business and have not shut it down going on 8 years now!!!
Over 8 years ago we had paid to have 411 locals advertise for us. They made a fake ******** page and listing of our business. We canceled with them 8 years ago and they still have the fake ******** page up of our business!!! We have contacted them multiple time to delete that page as they are giving false business info to our customers!! We have been dealing with this crap for 8 years!!! We are now going to look into legal action if they do not remove the fake account!

However, we'd like to clarify that your account with us was cancelled in 2017, and since then, we no longer have access to or control over any social media profiles or pages associated with your business. SCAMMERS!! BEWARE!!!! You can spend a lot of time trying to contact them with waiting on hold, and then cuts you off at the end. They falsely advertised my business (twice) and still took money out automatically and won't return it. Good luck canceling, they make it almost impossible. The only way I ever got them to return my calls was to stop payment but then they wait and hit your bank with an amount that is ridiculous and then you have to dispute it with your bank. These people are FOREIGNERS who are professional SCAMMERS!411 Locals Response

Thedrivewayguypa.com I was in business with 411 for over a year. I built our ****** reviews up to 50 reviews and #1 for our category. One day I go on ****** and our profile is deleted and when I contacted 411 they said there was no way of getting it back. I decided it would be best to stop using 411 and get in ownership of all of our profiles. I’m order for us to start a new ****** profile I had to purchase the domain so I did that but once I paid them for the domain I stopped getting answers and never received the domain. I’m now not able to operate under my business name I’ve had for the past 20 years because they will not give up the domain that I paid for and won’t delete the website connected to the domain. Now if I try to make a new website and profile the same name it will be flagged and won’t be able to be used because of 411. I just want answers and a solution that’s it411 Locals Response

I received a call from a lady named Julia. She told me that her office was interested in an estimate from our cleaning company. She asked some questions about if we were taking new clients. She then asked me to hold while she got the manager to speak with me. Mark the manager came on the line. He started by telling me he can get us house painting jobs. Our company does not do any house painting. He apparently was looking at the wrong company. He asked some questions about the company, how long we have been doing this, how long the business has been open, and if we were interested in new clients. I was never told the company name until he started asking if I wanted him to post my add above everyone else's. I then asked him where he was from and he stated 411 locals. I then asked him for a price and he said he would get to that later. I do not want companies to call me when they are wasting my time by playing games. This company is a big NO NO.411 Locals Response

They cold called me and then when I said I already had a business taking care of my SEO they hung up on me. Extremely rude and unprofessional. When I called back they hung up on my twice. Then when I voiced my concern was extremely matter of fact his words verbatim: ‘oh so you have a company’ - not reflecting on the fact that companies like this call small business owners 99 times a day and then hang up when they see there is no sale without even a thank you or goodbye. I used there service and was mislead from there ( Sales pitch) on having my company name at the top of ****** search engine in my area, and keep the leads coming in fast. Once the website had been published i seen falsified reviews had been added, pictures that had been copied from ****** images, ( I know i Checked ). Services i do not offer. Be fore the end of the trial date i canceled the service, i had already been charged a one time fee to start the activation, but before i would be charged the first months invoice. However i was charged the first month fee, i told them again to cancel, i had to shut my card down so i would not get the second month,( They tried). Fast forward to this past year, I changed insurance companies for this next year after the paperwork was complete, the underwriters was checking on me , and seen i offered tree trimming, they do not, and will not cover me. i spoke with several people at 411 locals all promised me it would taken down, i was never given any rights to remove, edit, change the information. Now the insurance has dropped me. I have contacted them again and still the run around continues. There is slander against my company , they need to be shut down.411 Locals Response
